Anyone looking for tickets for a concert, sporting event or festival on the internet will quickly come across the site Viagogo. It gives the impression of an official sales platform, but in reality private individuals sell their tickets there. The Styrian Chamber of Labour and the Austrian test magazine Konsument warn against this online exchange, complaints are piling up.
LIVA and its houses Brucknerhaus Linz, Posthof, Kuddelmuddel and LIVA Sport have no relationship whatsoever with Viagogo and strongly recommend, for their own safety and to avoid extra costs, that tickets are only purchased from official advance booking offices!
Tickets for LIVA events are available at the Brucknerhaus Service Centre (T: +43 732 77 52 30, kassa@liva.linz.at, https://ticket.liva.at/), at the Posthof box office (T: +43 732 78 18 00, kassa@posthof.at, https://ticket.posthof.at/) in all Raiffeisen banks in Upper Austria, at Thalia Linz, via ÖTicket (T: +43 1 96096) and all ÖTicket advance booking offices.
